Currently the delivery times are up to 2-4 weeks due to the high demand. We make every effort to keep the shipping time as short as possible for you!

the exact shipping costs will be shown at the ceckout. They depend on the weight and the number of products, the type of packaging and not to forget the destination country.

 

How can I pay?
We accept the following payment providers: Stripe (Credit Card Payment), Paypal.

 

How do I receive the invoice for my order?
The innvoice will be sent to you directly after the payment has been made. It will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

 

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter subscription?
Each newsletter has a box at the bottom that you can click to unsubscribe. You can also write us a message to tim.eventrendy@gmail.com and you won't receive any further newsletter.

 

Are the batteries included in electronic devices?
No, no batteries are included, as we want to prevent the risk of a defective or leaked battery from being transported and stored.
